Mera Gaon mera desh.

Mera Gaon mera desh.

Real India resides in village. If you want to see the real india, the pure india you must visit some village and specially the villages in northern bihar, which are supposed to be most backward in india, cultuarally very rich, economically very poor.U can peacefully stay there without any tension that u might have in city.U wont feel any pollution as there villages are road free,u wont be disturbed by your mobile phones as it wont catch any mobile tower but be careful it may catch nepali tower, there wont be any problem of frequent power cuts for obvious reaons, there wont be power at all.So basically you will be free from the the tensions of living in the city.
After a long time even I got a chance to visit my hometown after a while for some marriage .Its nice to meet so many relatives after a long time.everyone eager to meet you more than you do.its a feel good feeling to be loved by so many people. But as you will talk to all the people in your village you will somehow feel that their thought process and your thought process does not match. The way they think and the way you think does not match and may be they dont how how to talk, may be beause they have never been taught as they are not as lucky as we are, they will speak there mind and in that coarse u may feel offended. I was sitting between 20 or 30 people and suddenly one of them asked my brother ,how much salary u get,I saw the umcomfortness in my brothers face , I mean these kind of things we generally dont discuss in gatherings, that too among people u dont know much.
Another problem which I saw there was of Unemployement. And strangely the relation between umemplyement and education is of a very different kind.I met a lot of people in my village who are well educated, even post graduates who are yet to get job.It isnt that they are not trying , but the fact is that the competition is more intense in villages.lots of graduates spend lot of time in preparing for UPSC thats IAS, and lot of them succeed too but in a country where there is a population of around 130 crore there are 800 or 900 UPSC seats.and may be there will be some 10000 seats in banks PO but see the competition. The job in IT or ITES is also not a great option as the people are not well versed in fluent english and that closes half the doors for coming in corporate sector. So if education cant give you a decent job then just think about the educated guys,They are forced to migrate to other cities like mumbai, delhi, punjab, chennai ,kerala. So u will find all the rickshaw pullers in delhi from bihar.sad but true.go to ludhiyana punjab and u will see all the workers in field, the will be from bihar.go to any slum area in mumbai and more than half will be from bihar.go to kerala whcih is fast becoming a hub for bihari labours, thanks to daily minimun wages, its becoming one of the most hot spots for bihari people. SO we will realize that bihari people dont hide from hard work, its just that the enviornment is not supportive so they are forced to go to other places for having a beter lifestyle.
The problem is not limited to just moving to different cities for earning. The place where I went for marriage was also narrating a horrible story, a father had two daughter who were to be married and the guy was unemployed and due to which was getting scolding from his parents.Enough was enough for that poor guy and he quitly hanged himself from the cieling leaving behind two unmarried daughters and a crying wife. Did he realized that he actually destroyed 4 lives. Was suicide was any alternative by any means no.but sometimes I feel from where he could have got the money for dowry. The marriges are made in heaven is something which is totally false, marriages are made in cash.A engineer 12 lakhs and docter 40 lakhs.A governemt peon 10 lakhs , a private job 3 lakhs.RATE YOURSELF.While coming I almost saw a kidnappping near my house where in a guy came to my neighbour asking for his father and his momin was not there ,The little child was about to open the door, but thankfully my aunt came and the guy just ran away, and got the news later that same incident occured some days ago.where a child was kidnapped in a similar fashion. The problems which I just mentioned were one of the few which everone know and there are So many which we dont know.SO education is not the only solution but we need to make our people industry ready,My dream is to see that day near in future when we will be giving competition to our local tamil naidu and karnatka guys.
